 Noel Walsh - Partner, Head of Workplace Safety

Noel was educated at Nottingham Trent University and joined Weightmans in 1986.
He became a Partner based at Weightmans Leicester office in 1991 and is now Head of our Workplace Safety Division defending claims emanating from the workplace. He manages specialist teams of experienced solicitors across the country dedicated to workplace liability issues.
Noel specialises in Workplace Violence acting on behalf of and advising UK Security companies, Banks, Retailers, NHS and public authorities. He has published numerous articles and speaks widely on this emerging area of Law. Noel is a member of the joint forum on physical Intervention in the licenced sector
In addition he undertakes the defence of workplace disease and occupational condition claims including stress, ULD and respiratory disease. He has wide experience in the handling of large loss claims, public and product liability and HSE prosecutions.
